This website is designed to act as an evolving CV of my career.
Established as a full time multicamera Lighting Director I design projects and manage lighting teams on a variety of interesting and often complex shows. Whilst much of my work has been in the music and entertainment fields, you will see from my website that I have obtained experience on a huge range of television production in almost every genre.
I started my career at BBC Television Centre in London and during 15 years at the BBC had the opportunity to work with, and learn from, many of the most talented LD'd in the business including Bernie Davis, Graham Rimmington, Chris Kempton, Martin Kempton and Mark Kenyon
After going freelance in 1999 I worked to establish myself as an LD whilst continuing to program as a board op on entertainment shows and events at the highest level.
